You will serve as a Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic Supervisor II in the Weapons Repair Department, of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR.

Duties

You will eliminate waste through the use of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methods. You will establish times for divisional staff meetings and due dates for internal production reports. You will allocate resources and distribute work to subordinate supervisors and advise higher levels of management and staff organizations on progress of assigned work. You will schedule all assigned work based on available resources; assigned work is prioritized and coordinated with work assigned to other production shops. You will manage subordinate supervisors/leaders in Electronics Integrated System Mechanics, Marine Machinery Mechanics, Electronic Mechanics, Optical Instrument Repair, Instrument Mechanics, Military Machinist Mates and Electronic Technicians. You will assess the Electronics Repair Division effectiveness and initiatives for process improvement.

Requirements
