You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the JOINT INTERMEDIATE FORCE CAPABILITIES OFFICE (JIFCO) of HQ US MARINE CORPS HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative.
You will assist in meeting the Government's contractual obligations to the contractor.
You will monitor the contractor's progress and performance, including the submission of required monthly progress and financial reports or
other documentation.
You will be responsible for the development of the contract support technical requirements, the quality assurance plan and any other pre-award activities.
You will review funding profiles and budget submissions to endure the required document development tasks are performed.
You will coordinate with Division Chiefs, and Principle Deputies as appropriate, to assist prioritization of potentially conflicting support requirements and discusses mutually supportive issues with the Contractor.
You will conduct project performance monitoring and tracks execution of Technology development projects as they influence potential transition milestones and project decision points.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and
category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain
the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET-SCI security clearance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you
fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to
travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience with Intermediate Force Capabilities concepts; monitoring budget allocation and execution; demonstrates the ability to explain, negotiate, and advocate facts in a convincing manner ; and conducting detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes.
