About the Position: This is a Program Manager, GS-0340-13 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District, Programs & Project Management Division located in Fort Worth, TX.
**NOTE: A relocation incentive may be authorized for this position.**
Duties
Serves as Project Manager responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned Military Program projects.
Performs as the project team leader, implements Government decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project and intermediate products in support of the project.
Coordinates project planning, design, and implementation of competitive and non-competitive construction acquisitions through source selection processes for programs/projects of varying scope and complexity, as required.
Serves as the Government's primary point of contact for programs/projects assigned.
Provides input to Military Program Managers and other District Senior management personnel regarding the projects assigned.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) managing the planning, design, acquisition, and construction aspects of assigned military or civil works projects; AND 2) preparing construction project acquisition packages, budgets, or cost reports; AND 3) advising customers, senior leaders or stakeholders on design and construction project status or issues. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
