You will serve as a FLEET LIMITED DUTY LIAISON SPECIALIST in the Directorate For Administration of NMRTC CAMP LEJEUNE NC.
Duties
You will assist tenant command leadership in identifying the specific needs of their personnel in a limited duty status.
You will educate medical providers on the proper documentation of care and duty status of injured service members and limited duty coordinators and counselors on program improvements.
You will conduct monthly meetings and notify stakeholders of scheduled or anticipated limited duty meetings and conferences with impact on any aspect of operation, structure, mission, personnel, policy etc.
You will design, improve, and maintain automated databases and files to further enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience ensuring Limited Duty program specific guidelines, goals and objectives are accurately presented and that pertinent information is coordinated and exchanged between participating organizations and staff.
Experience assisting command leadership in identifying the specific needs of their personnel in a Limited Duty status.
Experience providing necessary training to all levels of leadership involved to ensure proper processing of all administrative affairs.
Experience preparing and reviewing monthly reports, on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-09:
SUCCESSFUL completion of a Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree; OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR LL.B. or J.D., if related.
COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be combined to meet the total qualification requirements.
