You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NVRECRUITNGCMD.
Duties
You will conduct studies to identify ways to improve the effectiveness of work methods, procedures, or manpower use.
You will conduct studies to identify and resolve problems affecting program requirements.
You will develop statistical criteria to measure program accomplishments.
]You will create charts and graphs to inform managers on program trends.
You will prepare reports recommending improvements to program operations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizes excel spreadsheets to include manipulating formulas, developing metrics tracking reports, and utilizing pivot tables and slicers; 2) Organizes and analyzes bulk data tables from recruiting data systems like Salesforce/ARM and PRIDE MOD II; 3) Develops dashboards and stacking reports in excel to show status of our recruiting goals that can be utilized to brief leadership on a weekly basis; 4) Reviews metrics reports and QA them for errors; 5) Produces metrics reports for tracking recruiting production for over 100 recruiters and our five subordinate commands.
