About the Position: This position is located in the Director of Training & Leader Development, Department of Instruction, U.S. Army Engineer School, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Fort Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, bordering Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2-hour drive east and Springfield is a 1-hour drive west of Fort Leonard Wood.

Duties

Serve as subject matter expert in Engineering and Maneuver Doctrine for the Engineer Basic Officer Leadership Course. Determine training requirements and develop total course content on prescribed subjects to meet objectives. Develop new material to incorporate changes and/or advances in prescribed areas. Administer training program for US Army Engineer School Engineer Basic Officer Leadership Course. Instruct courses for lieutenants on all facets of Common Core. Analyze student and field feedback and evaluate data to identify training and performance deficiencies.

To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12.
