As a senior Program Analyst in the PPM Div, you will actively market and develop strategies for all aspects of the Program. Provides detailed explanation to customers on all program offerings, including sales services & process, marketing strategies for various commodities, and pricing of GSA sales services. Assists other GSA Sales staff with on-site sale arrangements for auctions determined by property location.

Duties

Creates and conducts presentations and may represent the Division at various meetings, committees, or other events where PPM representation is needed.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
• Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
• Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable

In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing comprehensive coordination, tracking, and analyses of program operations, support functions, and projects by performing such duties as gathering data, tracking projects or program operations and support functions, conducting analyses and preparing reports for high level management; maintaining responsibility for customer contact and liaison; and providing comprehensive administrative support functions for high level management.
