You will serve as an Executive Assistant in the NAVY SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Duties
You will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks.
You will manage Leadership's calendars.
You will prepare for executive meetings and conferences.
You will coordinate action items between leadership and for leaders within and outside of the organization.
You will oversee processing final version correspondence for Director’s signature and maintain correspondence filing systems.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be subject to recurring/random Polygraph Examination.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) executing management principles and skills in integrating management services to provide overall organizational efficiency at the GO/FO/SES level; 2) planning, scheduling, and coordinating GO/FO/SES projects, schedule, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational operations; 3)providing detail-oriented administrative support and management support, advice, and assistance to GO/FO/SES level leadership while meeting deadlines to support decision makers, and 4) Protocol experience with senior level DoD, federal government, and/or nation partners personnel.
