About the Position: This position oversees the work of subordinate team members on all aspects of command-level Current Operations and the Command Watch Desk. Provides direction, guidance, advice, and assistance to lower grade Program Analysts and command elements as it pertains to execution of operational mission execution. General supervision and policy guidance is received from the Chief, Current Operations Branch.
Duties
Executes duties as Team Lead for the CECOM Command Watch Desk (CWD), overseeing efforts of the CWD team members, balancing workload, and tasks
Provide guidance and feedback on task execution, and reporting CWD team feedback/concerns/issues to the Current Operations Branch Chief for action
Serves as the Lead Action Officer and SME for the CECOM CWD assigned mission areas, focusing, and identifying impacts, challenges, and solutions for CECOM and C5ISR equities, interfacing internally and externally for mission execution
Organize, lead, and provide required coordination, integration, and synchronization to support high-level command briefings and events
Ensure technical guidance and data is provided to leadership in their preparation for and participation in events
Collect, review, analyze, and interpret information from different data sources, and data collected in the development of studies and projects

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Performing Action Officer duties within an operations staff/organization; and 2) Execute coordination, integration, and synchronization to support high level Command briefings and events; and 3) Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT) with input and support from other analysts and subject-matter experts; and 4) Conduct analysis of requirements for operational planning missions.
