Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of conventional and established training methods, techniques, and tools in order to produce reports, implement quality control, provide recommendations, design and develop training courses and materials, program requirements and/or complete special projects efficiently with minimal supervision. 2) Understanding of USN and USMC small boat operations, High Risk Training evolutions, and development of small boat tactics, techniques and procedures and to ability to develop and maintain a rapport with our Fleet customers. 3) Ability to apply principles of organizational management, strategic planning, assessment execution, best practice implementation, and governance/policy development. 4) Convey ideas; exceptional presentation and reporting skills. 5) Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project; to include a strong research and analytical ability able to develop recommendations to resolve substantive program and budgetary issues.
