About the Position: This position is located at Rosslyn, Virginia. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.

Duties

This position performs a project management role during the various phases of the acquisition life cycle. This role also involves consulting in systems implementation. Ensures all aspects of scope, time, quality, and cost are achieved or bettered through comprehensive project management methodology. Exercises technical and administrative oversight for planning, developing, monitoring, and controlling costs, schedules, performance, and risk mitigation strategies. Develops comprehensive plans involving both short and long-range requirements for Project Management execution. Analyzes the results of reviews and determines the progress and technical adequacy of the projects, in comparison with project requirements, and approved project baseline for cost, schedule, and performance. Integrates projects and initiatives to achieve the goals of the organizational strategic short and long range plans.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
• Practitioner: This is a DOD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
