You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Flight Training Support Division of CNATRA.
Duties
You will coordinate development and deployment of the corporate Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP).
You will collect, consolidate and track all proposed Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) software changes submitted by the Training Air Wings (TRAWINGs) and other system users.
You will evaluate user recommended system changes and present to the FTSS Manager with a prioritized list of recommendations for acceptance or rejection.
You will plan and coordinate approved application software changes with CNATRA N6 to determine acceptable solutions to requirements and develop plans for each version release.
You will coordinate Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) training to integrate with each TRAWING's site activation/update plan and the plan presented de-conflicts with their flight training schedule.
You will coordinate a NATRACOM-wide training strategy for Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) initial user training and follow-on user training at each subordinate command.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) to identify problems and recommend solutions for the improvement of program efficiency in support of a military aviation training program.
Examples of qualifying experience include performing the following types of tasks:Configuration management on Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) systems for an organization; evaluating and testing Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) information systems software; investigating anomalies in Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) information system requirements and outputs; making recommendations for program changes and improvements; implementing and coordinating project plans and activities to meet an organizational objectives; presenting information regarding new Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) features to customers; advising system users on operational and policy changes on automated Training-Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Programs (T-SHARP) information systems.
