You will serve as a ADMINISTATIVE SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS AND FLEET SUPPORT DEPARTMENT, 4.0 of NAVWARSYSCOM.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions. Based on the responsibilities of this position (Tier 3), the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS-14 Step 7 (currently $158,840).
Duties
You will serve as a Product Support Manager supporting the Program Executive Office (PEO).
You will be responsible for the development, coordination and management of acquisition logistics and sustainment logistics functions to the Program Executive Office and coordinate these logistics efforts with customers and stakeholders.
You will provide necessary Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for the design development, integration, implementation and evolution of all assigned programs and initiatives.
You will ensure logistics planning and execution Of ILS Assessments (ILA) and ILS Certifications for programs to meet acquisition milestones and Navy Modernization Process ILS Certification timelines.
You will provide ILS information and makes recommendations on matters pertaining to the support of Program Office developmental and
operational equipment.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, coordinating and managing acquisition logistics and sustainment logistics functions; providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for the design development, integration, implementation and evolution of all assigned programs and initiatives; AND performing ILS planning and ensuring all required documentation, maintenance, training, supply support, and In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) support meet the requirements of the ILS plans.
