Duties
Supervise a team of business, lean, supply system, and business process analysts with a broad knowledge of programs or functions, long range plans and objectives, and the understanding of new major policies which impact the overall programs.
Serve as a functional expert who facilitates the end-to-end business cycle design as fully synchronized with DLA's continually evolving strategic direction and transformational programs.
Lead the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program for the Major Support Command (MSC).
Responsible for operational oversight of the analytical functions performed across Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Procurement, and Technical/Quality processes.
Manage the analyses of cross process issues impacting the site and oversees team members in formulating recommendations, executing actions, and monitoring results
Serve as expert analyst and advisor to the Process Integrator and other senior agency management officials on functional program/process supporting Enterprise Process Management.
Serve as the Lead for the command on Audit Readiness and A123.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Continuous Process Integrator, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Supervising, coaching, guiding, and directing the work of subordinates to ensure the efficient/effective accomplishment of assigned functions. Managing, planning, and directing the day-to-day operations of the Process Integration and Compliance Division.
Mastery expertise of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to assigned process activities.
Analyzing and evaluating process performance and policy effectiveness in specific process areas to identify trends and areas for cross process improvement.
Developing approaches and plans for adopting emerging practices.
Integrating and collaborating with other functional areas to deliver cross functional solutions to end-to-end problems.
