This position is part of the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management - National Energy Technology Laboratory - NETL, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering the non-Federal Internship Programs.

Qualifications

GS-12 - SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following: 1. Assisting with coordinating and administering the non-Federal Internship Programs covering Professional Interns, Postgraduate Research Associates, and Faculty Research Associates. 2. Assisting with managing the Summer and External Sponsored Internships, Mentor orientations, and Research Associate orientations. 3. Assisting, reviewing, and approving Faculty Stipend Requests. 4. Providing assistance to the Activity Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and participating on workforce development committees. GS-13 - SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following: 1. Coordinating and administering the non-Federal Internship Programs covering Professional Interns, Postgraduate Research Associates, and Faculty Research Associates. 2.
