You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Navy University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) Office, SEA 00U of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
Duties
You will serve as the focal point for compiling, reviewing, processing, and monitoring all documentation required to place task orders on contract to the Navy University Affiliated Research Centers (UARCs) from numerous Task Sponsors.
You will provide support to the UARC Office Deputy Director on the review, updating, approval and implementation of internal plans, procedures, guidance, projections, schedules, budgets, and metrics used to provide oversight of the Navy UARCs.
You will provide long range plans for the cost, performance, and schedule of diverse teams within the scope of assigned areas; exercising significant judgment and experience to establish priorities.
You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects concerning the development, installation, integration, and testing, relative to the acquisition process.
You will analyze requirements to develop program reporting including the specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology.
You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, and/or research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-02) or grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising management and project/program constituents on information directly related to the financial, contractual, programmatic, workforce or other organizational business operations focus areas utilizing project/program data metrics gathering tools and techniques with associated reporting systems.
