You will serve as a Schedules Technician in Training Squadron NINE of TRARON NINE.
Duties
You will coordinate all scheduling requirements as tasked by the scheduling authority in the development of the daily flight schedule.
You will update and maintain all tracking boards.
You will screen and review the logs and input the student/instructor current flight status and availability as required.
You will assist the Schedules Officer in the creation/updates of operational summaries and other flight related reports and other requirements.
You will file and maintain all information and documents related to the flight schedules.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- You may be subject to overtime/recall to duty during off-duty hours, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support in coordinating training schedules and assisting in identifying issues or conflicts for an organization.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
4 years of education above high school
OR
A combination of education and experience that equates to one year of experience.
