You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION of the NAVAL TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER (NTTC).
Duties
You will assist staff with questions and issues related to administrative functions.
You will organize, edit, and format electronic drafts and update or revise existing database or spreadsheets.
You will answer administrative related questions to assist staff.
You will coordinate with others to accomplish work-related activities.
You will resolve administrative issues (e.g., procurement of supplies, schedule conflicts, leave requests, overtime or compensatory time requests, procurement, timekeeping) to avoid disruption to office operations.
You will compose and edit outgoing correspondence to ensure correct content, grammar, and format.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing automated pay and personnel systems such as Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), Fleet Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), NAVFIT, and SALESFORCE; 2) Performing a wide-variety of office clerical functions in support of an administrative and/or legal department; 3) Providing additional administrative support to satellite offices; and 4) Communicating effectively and diplomatically both in writing and verbally.
