You will serve as a PIPEFITTER in the Repair Department (TRF-300) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will serves as a Pipefitter Worker responsible for providing temporary piping systems and services for submarines, miscellaneous small craft, production shops, pier and building facilities, etc.
You will install, maintain, service, remove, repair, modify, assemble, manufactures, troubleshoots, test, calibrate, and operate various piping equipment, components, re-circulating set-ups, control devices, and more.
You will maintain shop logs indicating service information and conditions, location of temporary service piping equipment, and ensures that equipment is available as needed for temporary piping system/service work.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Providing temporary piping systems and services for submarines, miscellaneous small crafts, production shops, building facilities etc.
Installing, modifying, repairing and maintenance of various piping systems and equipment.
Utilizing shop mathematics to lay out angles, arcs and circles; and hooking up telephone services, temporary electrical power, industrial air, chilled water etc. for moored and docked submarines and ships.
