Duties
The incumbent serves as a Senior Advisor for Heating Operation and Transmission Division (HOTD) Project Management Office (PMO), and provides authoritative advice for PBS on a wide-range of senior level programs related to the strategic divestiture of HOTD. The Senior Advisor coordinates with PBS, GSA and a broad array of both governmental (local, state and county level as well as federal) and non governmental stakeholders, including but not limited to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the District of Columbia, Congress, Smithsonian, customer agencies and the private sector in the development and implementation of strategies and programs related to the operations of HOTD. The Senior Advisor will also work with high level Executive Branch officials, including the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
