This announcement uses the Certain Personnel of the DoD direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Duties

You will begin all responsibility statements with 'You will'; each field should have no more than one sentence; list the responsibilities in a logical order; and avoid using federal or military jargon. 250 Characters. You will integrate contractor logistics support suppliers into the Marine Corps supply chain. You will perform centralized secondary reparable management, which encompasses reviewing, evaluating, validating and satisfying customer requirements at the retail level. You will monitor and assist the reparable issue points with transactions submitted via the Material returns program. You will monitor contractor progress in meeting contractor provisions. You will analyze problems and develop timely and economical solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing inventory management oversight for internal and external supply chain interactions, linking enterprise supply support activities for secondary and consumable items with suppliers. Education

In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on education OR equivalent combination of experience and education as follows:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.M., if related
