You will serve as a Marine Corps University Registrar in the Training and Education Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will conduct and maintain degree and graduation audits by evaluating the academic records for each student.
You will serve as a recorder for all Student Performance Evaluation Boards.
You will verify student attendance.
You will ensure student records are consistent, standard, accurate, and orderly by maintaining permanent academic records systems.
You will plan, coordinate and execute MCU's annual student registration.

Qualifications
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following duties: 1) Supporting registrar functions; 2.) Providing advice, guidance and support to a school; 3.) Ensuring student records are consistent, standard and accurate; 4.) Coordinating innovative and effective methods for educational improvements; and 5) Developing programs and plans.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following duties: 1) Monitoring academic progress; 2.) Producing reports on student records; and 3) Reviewing and verifying student attendance.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
:Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
