Provides second level engineering support for the solution implementation and in service phases of the Enterprise Airspace Tool (EAST).

Duties

Provides cost estimates, schedules and other project management functions to transition the program to second level engineering support. Develops procedures and plans for the maintenance of EAST. Develops operational suitability test plan and procedures including unit, integration, user acceptance, regression and system test. Monitors the development and development testing of EAST. Documents and analyzes requirements to ensure they meet the intended objectives.

This external temporary hiring authority does not afford you eligibility for non-competitive conversion to a permanent excepted service appointment. Additionally, this appointment does not provide you eligibility to apply for and compete for permanent internal assignments in accordance with EMP-1.14, Permanent Internal Assignments.
