About the Position: The U.S. Army medical material Agency is a unique and multifaceted organization that serves as the Executive Agent for strategic medical logistics programs and initiatives. Duties

Perform sustainment and depot level medical maintenance services on highly complex medical systems and medical repair equipment to ensure proper functionality. Diagnose system interfaces to determine failure between software and hardware and corrects malfunctions. Serves as an advisor for special projects involving the installation, service and repair of highly complex medical equipment and systems. Serves as the Electronics Technician Team Leader. Serves as consultant to physicians, medical technologists, and medical technicians to ensure their familiarity of new equipment. Serves as medical maintenance task leader on projects and/or tasks allied with establishing and coordinating Forward Repair Activity – Medical (FRAM) support. Coordinates with customer to identify equipment support requirements. Operates a wide variety of invasive and non-invasive Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment to evaluate medical equipment and devices. Investigates patient care equipment hazard alerts, recalls, updates, and incidents. Coach and mentor, the Electronics Technician team in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques.
