You will serve as a PROGRAM ASSISTANT in the ASSISTANT REGIONAL ENGINEER of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.
Duties
You will compile financial data for reports.
You will order supplies and equipment services for an office.
You will use an automated system (e.g., management information system, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to extract information.
You will review technical support program data (e.g., budget execution, office training, directives, publications, correspondence) to verify compliance with regulations.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting management by providing recommendations to resolve issues/improve processes based on polices and regulations; 2) Providing administrative and clerical support (e.g., generating correspondence, sending/receiving mail, filing, faxing, etc.); 3) Assisting others to ensure timely submissions of required documents; and 4) Extracting data from automated financial systems to create reports.
