Duties

You will ensure databases and systems are kept up-to-date and in accordance with the Continuous Learning Program (CLP) accomplishments of all command personnel in the program. You will propose new/innovative communication methods and conduct briefings and informational presentations on program status. You will advise on required qualification programs including preparatory tools/options for earning continuing credit via government sponsored options, and maintaining certification, qualification, and training records. You will liaise with the Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Program Manager and Coordinators by maintaining a solid working relationship to ensure personnel changes and progress towards qualifications is properly documented.

Requirements

Qualifications

Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: *Utilizing spreadsheets, such as Microsoft EXCEL, to update certification and qualification records for designated personnel to generate reports and provide analysis of trends and deadlines, to ensure the command is informed. *Maintaining and tracking electronic and paper files to ensure accessibility and audit readiness. *Advising workforce personnel on functionality, training availability, and continuing education options, of various CSWF certifications, such as A+, Security+, and CISSP. *Recommending certification substitutions (i.e. academic degrees) that serve as the baseline for CSWF member qualifications.
