These positions will be in the Office of the Regional Administrator, Region 4, Water Division, Grants, Infrastructure and Nonpoint Source Branch and the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division/Chemical Safety, Land Enforcement Branch.
These are office-centered positions*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.*Work-from-home flexibilities may be authorized as described in the Benefits section.

Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-08 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-07 level defined as coordinating and executing administrative services for an organization; updating data/information to track office administrative tasks; and providing administrative guidance to staff.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: 1) Knowledge of administrative concepts and principles; 2) Ability to manage office records; 3) Skill in written communication; 4) Skill in oral communication; 5) Knowledge of computer languages sufficient to develop linkage capabilities and procedure; 6) Ability to use and advise on desktop software; 7) Knowledge of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA); 8) Ability to advise others on administrative procedures and practices.
In addition to the experience and/or education described in this announcement, you must also have the following to be qualified for this position: You must be able to type at least forty (40) words per minute.
