You will serve as a Secretary (OA) in the NMRTC QUANTICO VA.
Duties
You will apply efficient and effective time management.
You will serve as the primary source of information on a variety of administrative policy and procedures.
You will be responsible for the transcription, writing and routing of meeting minutes.
You will utilize Microsoft office.
You will apply thorough knowledge of administrative concepts and practices.
You will provide a wide range of administrative tasks.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience using and comprehensive knowledge of administrative concepts, principles and practices sufficient to perform independently with time management and organization skills.
Experience communicating proficiently and possessing the ability to effectively convey ideas verbally and in writing, in meetings or in one-on-one discussions at all organization levels.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Access and Excel and other administrative programs.
Experience coordinating work/agendas and managing calendars for leadership.
Experience completing Navy Correspondence, fitness reports, and evaluations through use of e-Navfit.
Experience managing Command Suite budget for ordering required supplies.
Experience maintaining records and files management.
