You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program Office (PMS 317) of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS.
Duties
You will be responsible for the acquisition and life cycle support of Navy Service Craft.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Test and Evaluation for the PMS 317 programs (LCAC, LCU 1700 and LSM classes), including development of test strategies, plans, and funding requirements.
You will ensure that the operational requirements as specified in the Capabilities Development Documents (CDD) are incorporated in the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and are adequately demonstrated.
You will conduct post award conferences, production reviews, and acceptance trials.
You will manage and direct a team of industry and government personnel to achieve program objectives.
You will prepare supporting documentation for budget submittals and preparation of procurement documents.
You will be responsible for successful completion of Craft/Ship certifications.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing project or life cycle requirements (e.g., financial, contractual, programmatic) for all phases of ship acquisition, resources, or construction to ensure project goals are met.
