You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Fleet Installation Engineering & Logistics Department of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will provide expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to line managers and stakeholders for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.
You will perform staff administrative analytical and evaluative work related to program operations, and management and organizational efficiency and productivity.
You will lead and complete multidimensional, complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentor others regularly ensuring appropriate succession, and lead others to accomplish complex, cross-organizational goals.
You will apply oral and written communication skills to interface effectively with personnel at all levels and has proven ability to support briefings or presentations to mid- to high-level stakeholders.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is telework eligible.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret access and eligibility.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band NO-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting projects involving Inventory Management, Production best practices, and Quality Assurance adherence. Providing resolution to production problems associated with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) production and upgrades. Managing production processes, procedures and resources, and working with all management levels to represent and achieve Branch, Division and Department goals.
