About the Position: Serve as an Program Analyst (Plans & Opns) for planning, developing, coordinating, and integrating education and plans development of policy, programs, and initiatives in support of the Army Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Academy and Force Modernization Proponent Office educational and force management development efforts.

Duties

As a Program Analyst (Plans and Operations), you will perform the following duties which is not an all- inclusive list: Manage projects in the formulation and implementation of operations and plans both functional education and force management development policy, plans, and programs. Execute planning, programming, and budgeting for education and training initiatives. Exercise supervision over the daily activities of a staff assigned to assist in carrying out the administrative functions of the Plans and Operations section. Represent the organization during action officer meetings, working groups, and HQDA G-9, and DoD SAPRO lead initiatives. Research, develop and monitor the implementation of plans for functional education and force management Lines of Effort, primary objectives, supporting tasks and enabling actions.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance throughout the duration of employment.
  • Temporary Duty (TDY), approximately 10% of the time.
