You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Career Management Department of NMPC.
Duties
You will develop analytic databases to support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) data collection process.
You will influence managers to accept findings from program analysis.
You will brief leaders of enlisted accession programs on proposed changes.
You will analyze manpower and personnel operating procedures requirements to identify problems.
You will develop strategic performance measurement data to address the linkage between strategic measures and operational requirements.
You will develop documentation or reports to summarize results of manpower assessments or studies.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Plans and issues work assignments to subordinates. 2. Recommendations and initiates policy changes in support of enlisted distribution and placement goals and targets. 3. Develops and manages all enlisted distribution manpower requirements and ensures they are appropriately presented in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process, budget process and current year spending execution plan.
