You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Supply Department (N4) of SDVT-2.
Duties
You will perform a wide range of supply and financial management related analysis which requires researching, investigating, analyzing, interpreting, developing policy and implementing business practices for the command.
You will lead training for the Logistics Support Specialists on the proper use of Commander Naval Special Warfare Command (COMNAVSPECWARCOM) specific supply applications.
You will work with the Supply Officer and Commanding Officers to meet obligation rate goals as identified in budgeted spend plans without exceeding quarterly OPTAR grants.
You will perform weekly, or as required, uploads to and from R-Supply.
You will maintain the purchase card program as Accountable Official (AO) in accordance with guidance
and take appropriate action with card issuer, NSWG-8 Agency Program Coordinator (APC) and WARCOM APC in the performance of daily duties.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- This position is subject to random counterintelligence scope polygraph examinations.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing logistics and analytical expertise, logistic management principles, techniques and long-range planning of programs, objectives, personnel AND leading planning, developing/integrating all logistics activities into an efficient and effective supply department.
