You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist for CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the senior deputy to the ACOS for Materiel responsible for material readiness and facilities of all NECC/NECCPAC units.
You will perform occasional travel representing the command in matters relating to the responsibility of the ACOS for Materiel. Often makes decisions in these capacities -decisions that carry the same weight of authority as the N43/N46.
You will make decisions on work problems presented by his subordinates.
You will recruit and select subordinates and evaluates their work performance.
You will hear and resolve group grievances and serious employee complaints.
You will serve as the Assistant Program Director for all Equipment and Materiel Readiness Programs, Facilities Programs, and Environmental Programs.
You will formulate policy and procedure relating to the procurement, management, inventory, and replacement of materiel and equipment items required to support NECC/NECCPAC unit missions.
You will prepare annual budget submissions required relating to the materiel readiness NECC/NECCPAC equipment in support of Buy and Spend Plans.
You will develop and assesses long-range contingency and operational plans and schedules for the provision of material support to all NECC units located throughout the world.
You will coordinate with all levels of command to remain aware of changes in command policy and to initiate expeditious and effective actions for problems in critical areas.
You will develop and recommend policies to the ACOS for Materiel, as appropriate, and takes action to provide management with realistic and timely information to use as the basis for decision and action.
You will review for technical accuracy and approves Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and
directives for systems administration, security, and continuity of operations.
You will serve as the Deputy, Materiel Readiness, Facilities and Environmental Directorate, provides technical and administrative supervision to 36 subordinates.
You will evaluate work performance of subordinates, including evaluating subordinate supervisors and/or leads and serving as the reviewing official on evaluations of nonsupervisory employees rated by the subordinate supervisor.
You will hear and resolve complaints from employees, including hearing and resolving group grievances or serious employee complaints.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience clearly communicating and articulating staff actions internal to the Directorate and across the Assistant Chiefs of Staff to synchronize actions supporting N43 initiatives.
Experience across the spectrum of materiel management, life cycle maintenance, program assessments and fiscal appropriations is key to performing successfully in this position.
Experience leading and managing a diverse workforce including military, civil service and contractors is critical to Directorate success.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of funding, budget, and resource management of OPNAV and Fleet funding to support TYCOMs and SYSCOMs.
Demonstrated experience in influencing decisions and building consensus across various organizations to achieve objectives that affect asset management, maintenance, and facilities.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Budget Submitting Office (BSO) planning, programming, and budgeting in support of TYCOM and Fleet Requirements for procurement and sustainment. Demonstrated supervisory experience with civilians, military, and contractors.
Demonstrated ability to process and present information from staff personnel into a coherent and succinct flag level brief/point paper with a time constrained requirement.
Experience with managing employees, setting goals and performance elements that support higher level strategic goals and objectives.
