About the Position: Position located at US Army Cadet Command, HQS, G3 Accessions Information Environment (AIE) , Fort Knox, KY.
Duties
Serve as project manager for recruiting and retention development and training in the new automated Army Accessions Information Enterprise (AIE) system.
Collaborate with system, developers, Program Executive Office/Project Management Office (PEO/PMO), as well as internal/external stakeholders to re-engineer business processes within the new IT solution to achieve a more efficient, transparent manner.
Assist with development, design, review, and delivery of training and training products.
Process development, system operational testing, training development, system documentation, and training delivery for all functions related to incentives and associated programs to recruit and retain ROTC cadets.
Monitor scholarship program.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
- Temporary Duty (TDY) approximately 50% of the time
- One-year trial period may be required.
- May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include overtime, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Specialized experience is defined as: Analytical, investigative and evaluative techniques necessary to participate in special management analysis studies, adept in applying quantitative methods to include organization and systems analysis; data compilation, verification, syntheses, and presentation ability to compile statistical and cost-effectiveness/cost-benefit studies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
