About the Position: Serve as a Senior Requirements Program Analyst in the Requirements Integration and Assessments Division, Directorate of Integration (DOI), Force Development Directorate, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G8.
Duties
Perform analysis which considers all aspects of both materiel and non-materiel requirements, acquisition, and development of new and product improved equipment and management systems.
Analyze the full range of both materiel and non-materiel approaches to meet capability needs which includes Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel (non-developmental), Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTmLPF-P).
Serve as a senior requirements expert whereby materiel and non-materiel capabilities are approved in support of Army and Joint force missions and functions worldwide.
Serve as a primary HQDA Staff Officer responsible for force management initiatives.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Personnel must pass drug screening prior to hiring and will be subject to periodic and random drug testing, thereafter, in accordance with AR 600-85 and Department of Defense Directive 2010.9.
- Top Secret (SCI) clearance required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing executive correspondence for Senior leaders to include executive summaries (EXSUMs), approval memorandums, and/or other critical documents agency approval; reviewing programs to ensure necessary requirements standards are met according to the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) as defined in the JCIDS Manual; conducting analysis to identify and justify system(s) requirements to senior leadership.
