About the Position: This position is located at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Serves as the training instructor for the military treatment facility. Delivers standardized training courses to clinical staff on the use of Electronic Health Record. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

Conduct training for clinical staff on how to access and use electronic health systems for documenting patient care. Provide accurate training guidance to the serviced population within the assigned medical treatment facility for effective training requirement. Assess the effectiveness of educational programs to make suggestions for improvement. Brief management on new strategies for integrating or improving training. Analyze data and trends to prepare reports on training program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position has mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirements and is subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons (documentation of exemption must be provided upon hire).
• Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
