You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the MCID, Total Force Structure of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.

Duties

You will integrate and coordinate force structure requirements within the branch. You will determine branch work requirements, strategies, assignments, and priorities. You will manage and oversee the Command Element budget plan status of all accounts (civilian labor and non-civilian labors) for the branch. You will review and update solution strategies from the previous year, and in coordination with CPM_WG members, developing solution strategies as required for newly identified and validated gaps. You will serve as Quality Control manager and process integrator for the branch and is responsible for coordinating branch-wide efforts and providing guidance to branch personnel. You will plan, manage and conduct force structure (manpower and equipment) analysis, assessments and projects involving USMC CE command and activities. You will be responsible for ensuring a comprehensive training and education program is developed and implemented to ensure branch personnel possess the required core competencies and skills, in order to perform their duties. You will supervise and manage the receipt, assignment, and oversight of force structure change requests within the branch. You will plan, coordinate, and conduct the development of the Command Element portion of the Semiannual Total Force Structure Troop List and the Authorized Strength Report (ASR). You will ensure compliance with the overall timeline for project completion and provide coordinating instructions for CE Branch. Monitor implementation, milestones, completion, and timelines.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing and overseeing the force structure manpower planning, analyzing qualitative, quantitative and development process to include policies and procedures for both force structure integration and equipment allocation.
