Duties
You will create spreadsheets, databases, or data analysis tools to manipulate large datasets for analysis
You will analyze metrics and program data to recommend process improvements.
You will propose solution strategies to improve process integration
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: r 1) Utilize automated database management systems in use within MPTE enterprise; 2) Utilize corporate enterprise personnel and administrative systems including ODIS, PRIDE, NTMPS, CETARS, EAIS, ARIS and other required automated data systems and software such as the Advanced Data Environment (ADE); 3) Utilize data base administration techniques involving data mining, analysis, metric development, display, and automation techniques. Tools required include Excel Visual Basic programming language (VBA), MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word and MS PowerPoint; 4) Communicate orally and in writing. Conduct senior officer level briefings as well as coordinate a Business Process Review Working Group.
