You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Executive Directorate of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.
Duties
You will assist in providing support that involves the planning, development, and execution of administrative tasks essential to the Executive Directorate.
You will analyze and develop information for management's use that is of urgent or critical nature.
You will collect and analyze data for response to higher level management both internal and external to the department.
You will assist in updating and maintaining the department's lab-wide database.
You will create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for policies and procedures that are followed relevant to the tasks assigned.

- This position is considered Key/Non-Combat Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support of the expeditionary requirements in other than combat or combat support situations.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-01/04) grade level or pay band (NO-01) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) plan and organize work and; 3) communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Successfully completed a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
