Position is in the Strategic Management Office (CS10), within the Office of Strategic Analysis and Communications (CS) at MSFC. Serves as a Program Analyst and Integrator for a variety of programs, projects, and partnerships at the Center and Agency. Integrates and collaborates with managers and stakeholders across the organization, Center, NASA, industry, and partners.
Duties
Duties described below are at the full-performance level. Duties assigned at a lower grade level will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee.
Leads integration, advises, and supports center executives; coordinates reviews, analyzes processes, develops courses of action, and recommends changes to improve performance of select activities as required by executives and center leadership.
Integrates projects, data management and compilation of technical information for Center leadership and management supporting critical programs, such as, center strategy, HQ briefings, mission analyses, and center governance requirements.
Leads and performs strategic analyses, planning and integration of business analysis to support executive decision-making and communication.
Develops, plans, leads, and conducts special studies and/or projects as required by management.
Leads strategic planning and project management for integration efforts, including scheduling, requirements definition, resource management and coordination.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
Assisting with Project or task management; relationship building, partnering, and/or collaborating with team members, managers, and stakeholders; navigating Center using knowledge of organizations and operations to support program objectives.
Working on projects or with task teams, coordinating initiatives across organizational boundaries; conducting analyses and making recommendations for improving program performance; providing input and feedback to resolve problems that impact programs such as, addressing critical timelines, resource allocation, communications, schedules, and project performance.
Writing, presenting, and communicating to variety of diverse audiences at all levels, such as senior leaders, management officials, team members, and/or stakeholders.
