About the Position: Serves as technical expert in conducting management manpower studies, organizational mission and function studies, and special management studies for the Assistant Secretary of Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs.

Duties

Conducting complex analysis of Army-wide programs focusing on Army manpower requirements management programs. Recommending changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures. Integrating management program objectives into agency concepts of management and operations. Attending meetings with key staff officials concerning manpower issues or ongoing studies and analyses. Reviewing and analyzing existing or proposed policies and procedures in terms of manpower resource implications.
