Reference OPM Group Coverage Qualification Standard for Administrative and Management Positions.TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION AT THE FV-G LEVEL, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F (GS/FG 5-9) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes experience delivering the full range of employment services/products to customer organizations; preparing/announcing vacancies; providing internal/external placement services to recruit for a wide range of highly specialized, technical and/or hard-to-staff positions; executing recruitment plans to locate and identify highly qualified candidates; analyzing and resolving complex pay-setting errors; reviewing position documents to verify title, series, and grade/career level etc.OREDUCATION SUBSTITUTION:Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Education must be directly related to the position. Must be gained from an accredited college or university.OR Combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position.TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION AT THE FV-H LEVEL, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, (GS/FG 10-11) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes experience serving as an advisor to managers and supervisors on complex staffing issues and identifying and recommending solutions; experience leading/mentoring others and working independently with minimal supervision; preparing/announcing vacancies; providing internal/external placement services to recruit for a wide range of highly specialized, technical and/or hard-to-staff positions; executing recruitment plans to locate and identify highly qualified candidates; advising customer/employees on movements between pay systems or job categories; analyzing and resolving complex pay-setting errors; reviewing position documents to verify title, series, and grade/career level etc.Applicants should provide examples of specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

Education

To qualify based on education, you must submit a copy of your college transcripts. If selected, official transcripts will be required prior to employment. Schools must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Education cannot be substituted for experience at the FV-H level.
