A successful candidate in this position will serve as the Supervisory Management Analyst (Chief of Staff) leading strategic initiatives and advising NA-10 leadership on a wide array of organizational issues. Serves as organization facilitator, consulting with senior leadership and leading initiatives to support NNSA and NA-10 objectives.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/band (GS-14) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as demonstrating experience leading organizational, operational, or administrative elements, initiatives, internal and external communications, audits, directive actions, and performance goals.
Examples of Specialized Experience include:
1. Experience managing significant, mission-critical program(s) according to organizational goals and objectives.
2. Experience managing the distribution of work, providing direction, and establishing deadlines for senior-level employees.
3. Experience evaluating assigned program(s)/project(s) and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior-level officials.
5. Experience developing, implementing, and/or updating organizational policies and procedures.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Education
