About the Position: Serves as the Manpower and Business Analysis Lead Program Analyst for Communications Electronics Command, Information Systems Engineering Command, Mission Support Directorate located in Fort Huachuca, Az.

Duties

Provides interpretation, advice, and recommendation which affect the management control and consistency of program planning, evaluation, and financial management. Analyzes, evaluates, measures, and reports effectiveness of assigned programs/projects/tasks and progress toward meeting program performance objectives and goals. Monitors and performs detailed analyses, program progress and utilization of resources. Ensures that the organizations strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the teams strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services. Estimates and reports on progress in meeting established milestones for completion of assignments, projects, and tasks; and ensures that all team members are aware of and participate in planning for achievement of team goals and objectives.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
