You will serve as a Acquisition/Sustainment Logistics Manager, located in the Sustainment Department (GT4), In-Service Support Division (GT43) of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.
Duties
You will prepare, monitor, and defend total logistics budget for training systems and
equipment.
You will review budget submissions from specialized logistics element managers.
You will negotiates required funding changes.
You will prepares and presents budget adjustments or realignments to higher authority.
You will prepare integrated logistic requirement plans, operations and maintenance, and
interim support plans, performance criteria, etc., as required.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all or the following:
1) experience with total life cycle logistics support management; 2) Leading diverse team of logisticians or supervising subordinates, dealing objectively and harmoniously with them, and render sound decisions; 3) Ensuring tasks are completed on time; 4) Understanding logistics budgets formulation and the management of funds; 5) Organizing work, setting priorities, and determining resource requirements; determining short- or long-term goals; 6) Working independently, making decisions, planning operations, demonstrating job responsibility, and exercising initiative
