You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVY MANPOWER ANALYSIS CENTER.
Duties
You will evaluate discrepancies or gaps in manpower obligations, expenditures, or allocations to recommend corrective action
You will analyze deficiencies to develop resolutions to problems
You will conduct studies to identify and resolve problems affecting program requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Review data collection methodologies for accuracy and applicability; 2) Analyze multiple streams of data to identify the Shore Manpower Requirements; 3) Produce reports detailing recommended manpower and workload changes; 4) Manage SMRD studies to identify when necessary updates and revisions are required; 5) Assist additional aspects of the SMRD process to communicate unique SMRD studies knowledge when applicable; 6) Deliver concise and effective presentations, memos, letters, and correspondence documents to communicate with peers, supervisors, and outside agency to convey information
