You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXPEDITIONARY MISSIONS PROGRAM OFFICE of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.
Duties
You will execute program plans to achieve milestones and requirements for the full scope of activities associated with Department of Defense acquisition programs.
You will develop and execute long range plans to manage cost, schedule, and performance aspects of Expeditionary acquisition efforts while leading diverse teams made up of Government, Industry, and Academia professionals.
You will establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects, conduct market research, development, integration, testing, production, instillation/delivery, fielding and sustainment of defense products.
You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of acquisition programs.
You will analyze requirements to develop program reporting methodologies that capture development of specifications, data gathering, metrics development, analytical techniques, and evaluation criteria used to assess program health and progress.
You will maintain cognizance and advise senior leaders on financial, contractual, programmatic, and other acquisition and business focus areas, that require specialized ability to correlate and corroborate information into formal reports and records.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analytical studies and evaluating program requirements (e.g., financial, contractual, acquisition, performance, workforce) to identify, assess, and advise stakeholders on complex issues and recommend improvements for program practices, policies, and procedures.
