You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (APPSW) in the Information Tech Services of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will plan and coordinate test, development and production release management processes to ensure correct implementation of software applications.
You will develop application software tests (e.g., unit integration, performance, user acceptance) to meet software or system requirements.
You will provide information technology (IT) guidance to citizen developers, customers and users on the Microsoft Power Platform and how to analyze and documenting work flow processes.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) creating applications that meet security requirements and user needs; 2) identifying potential improvements and efficiencies to be gained through automation; 3) develop solutions that automate and integrate work processes; 4) develop, configure, and administer Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint Online solutions within the Navy's Azure environment utilizing Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents as well as industry standard programming languages (e.g. Visual Basic.net, C#, HTML, VBA, XML, Java Scripting, SharePoint Designer); and 5) preparing user help guides, system descriptions, technical specifications, instruction guides, etc.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
