You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Analytics Branch, Analytics and Monitoring Division of MY NAVY CAREER CENTER.
Duties
You will interview personnel to obtain work information (e.g., missions, functions, work procedures).
You will document results of analytical studies for manager review.
You will gather and organize information on administrative issues and procedures.
You will serve as an analytical expert within and outside an organization to develop solutions to problems.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Gives advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters to support decision making. 2. Makes decisions to significantly change, interpret and/or develop programs that support the mission, goals and objectives of the Navy. 3. Evaluates the effectiveness of Navy?s personnel and pay business process to legislatively meet the needs of the Navy and its Sailors. 4. Provide analytic support and brief leadership on PERS/PAY metrics, data capabilities, trends, and other information necessary for leadership decisions. and 5. Provide analysis will incorporate several techniques including, but not limited to, mathematical, statistical, programming, and empirical practices.
